Does anyone use cpap and have trouble keeping the mask on at night? 5

Nov 09, 2009 | CPAP Mask Sleep Apnea

I take mine off in my sleep. Do you know of any tricks to keep it on?

This is something normal and happens to everyone who wears cpap. Sometimes it is because you have to cough, sneeze or something like that and without even waking you will remove it. Keep trying to keep it on. It is more important to keep it on and keep using it than to give up on it.

Good Luck.

I use a cpap I have mask trouble what do you recommend for some one that sleeps on there stomach? 2

I have sleep apnea ans use it during my sleep

You’re probably going to have to modify how you sleep. Have you tried sleeping on your side? This should allow the mask to stay on better. Most people find that they have to use is on their back, slightly sat up.

Why are you on CPAP? Do you have to use it all night?
